We encourage them to have their workstation. Just like working in the office, it would be helpful to have a designated workstation to separate the workplace from the place to rest and sleep. Specified workstations also keep distractions away, which results in better productivity. We equip them for working from home. We make sure that our team members have the proper project management tools from efficient tech and productivity tools.
We establish daily check-ins. We check on them daily to make sure that our team members are doing great. We ensure they have the support and encouragement they need for the day or check if anyone needs help handling their tasks or is going through difficulties.
We give regular and honest feedback. Providing unbiased reviews lets them know the areas that need improvement and how their daily outputs impact the business. Our commitment is to constantly remind them that their work is essential as it also contributes to business growth.
We cultivate company culture. Even in remote teams, building the vibe is possible, and to do this, here are some activities you can do: schedule conference calls, give virtual shout-outs, and organize virtual hangouts.
