Tax Accountant

(Full-time Home-based)

  • Prepare income tax returns, payments, necessary paperwork, and reports.
  • Prepare income tax returns for corporations form 1120, individuals form 1040, partnerships form 1065, nonprofits form 990, estates and trust form 1041.s

Accounts Receivable Specialist

(Full-time Home-based)

  • Manage high volume billing escalations and approval of credit memo requests
  • Assigned a portfolio of accounts to manage and collect
  • Responsible for reviewing and answering emails timely to meet SLA
  • Research and resolve customer inquiries related to billing, payment methods, payment applications, etc

  • Quarterly balance sheet and P & L Fluctuation Analysis

  • Consolidation, inter-company transactions and reconciliations including foreign currency accounting
  • Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and compliance to internal policies
  • Manage Fixed Assets
